My wife brought me this product as a gift, got to be honest when i opened it, i was disappointed and thought is that it, put it togther and had a go...like any man..i didnt look at anything and thought..not worth it
But then..watched the videos and did what they said and techniques....i can honestly say its one of my fav bit of kit....i love it..its help me so much, i would recommend to anyone. U can feel the difference very quickly, its made me completely change my swimming......advice...listen to ur wife and watch the videos and do what they say lol

The swim bench is legit. Remember the pool float you just couldn’t stay on as a kid, until you learned body awareness? THIS is the same thing, on land. It is FUN. It’s not just the boring paddles and ‘maybe I can find something at home like the bench’. You don’t have it. Keep training fun. Videos are excellent.

My performance has skyrocketed after using Zen8. I have qualified for the Ironman World Championships 2023 in Hawaii!!

I’m new in the world of triathlon. Si during the last year I was just trying to not sink during training ! With very limited swimming time, I’ve hit a roof in my swimmingtechnique and upper body muscle
But after just 2 weeks of daily 20’ Zen8 program, I now reach speed and numbers I couldn’t believe in first look. Just with a better catch and better upper body muscle.
With consistance I’m pretty sure I can make a real difference on my IRONMAN previous time.

This is a great piece of equipment if you can't get to the pool. It also has the advantage of isolating and breaking down the front crawl stroke to strengthen the whole action.
As an older triathlete and I also participate in aquathlons (currently silver medalist in the world), I find it great to maintain muscle tone.

Had my ZEN8 for just over a month, I’m finding it a great aid. It took only a short time to get used to the setup, now it’s a core part of my routine.

Great product, means I can increase swim training without trip to pool and fits around biking and run

An amazing tool to better you form. I have been using for a short time and it has done wonders. Being your not in the water you can concentrate more on the form and see what you are doing. Excellent trainer.

I purchased this for my son (11) to work on his technique on the days he doesn’t train. He trains 4 days a week, so uses this on the remaining 3 days. In the three weeks he has been using it, I have already noticed a faster pace, better arm technique, and he has noticed that he can swim stronger for longer. He’s not quite strong enough to use the arm ropes/paddles yet, they always ping off when he tries to use them, so he does separate resistance band exercises, but this will come in time. The YouTube videos are really helpful in giving him short training exercises too. It would be great if there could be some further videos uploaded focusing on use by youth, particularly as his body is much smaller! Great investment, very impressed.

The ZEN8 swim trainer is exactly what it says on the tin and more. Like many triathletes, finding time to swim is not always easy while trying to balance work, family life and fitting in the other training hours that are needed to be fast.
This does it all, it has meant that I have actually become a faster swimmer while swimming less. It's easy to fit a quick 20 to 40 minute session into the day before work or before an evening run or ride. The online workouts are effective and easy to follow, and you see the results quickly when you get in the water. It will help you develop your catch, pull and push phases of your stroke and depending on the workout, can increase you core strength.
Also, the after sales service is A++. When I had an issue with a part, a quick email conversation was started and replacement sent.

Although nothing replaces being in the water and trying to breathe, ZEN8 has definitely helped me improve my stroke and enabled me to slowly analyze exactly what I'm doing wrong with each portion of the stroke. It is helping me build shoulder strength and it is the best for, the price, to help with swimming when you can't get into the water. It stores easily and can be quickly set up and broken down and put away. I wish I had ordered ZEN8 months ago when I first saw it.

I purchased the Zen8 having read a few reviews, I have been using it about three weeks and I am feeling the benefits as I didn't have much upper body strength, so open water swimming was a bit of a challenge against the current, feeling the benefits, buts early days.
